Perfect day is the result of our fascination with wood as a construction material in the areas in which it isn’t typically used.

The construction of this model is based on experience in building aircraft and ship structures applied on a monocoque bicycle frame. The technique used in production of Perfect day combines 3D computer design and numerically controlled production with careful and passionate handcrafting. The usage of composite materials ensures high durability of the frame, excellent performance and good shock absorption, with the pleasant fullness of wood. It is a perfect bicycle for off-road rides.

Frame size

Frames are custom size and made to order. Building one is a four week long process. Several material options are available. Combination of wood and quality composite materials results in a strong frame, great riding characteristics and vibration absorption.

Materials applied combine wood and quality composite materials providing high frame strength, great riding characteristics and vibration absorption but still warm feeling of wooden product. Hollow frame made of birch plywood reinforced by glass fiber and epoxy. CNC manufactured and handcrafted. Six layers of polyurethane varnish applied.
Please choose your style between several available options of high quality wood. Every piece we use for crafting our bicycles is handpicked and carefully inspected. Only the best ones can go into further production.
